By mentally wearing and switching symbolic "hats," individuals or teams separate thinking into six categories for analyzing matters objectively and comprehensively. Focus on Facilitation equips participants to manage group processes with new power and efficiency. Learn to help teams get results by combining tools from Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking, and Power of Perception. Complete three (3) field reports after the training session and earn an Accredited de Bono Facilitator credential.
